Solution Group Berhad ("SGB") is a technology investment company. The company has been listed on ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 1^st August 2005.

SGB and its subsidiaries ("Solution Group") focused on two core activities, i.e. Engineering and Biopharma & Healthcare.

Engineering subsidiaries:

2. Solution A & C Technology Sdn. Bhd.
3. Solution Process Systems Sdn. Bhd.

Biopharma & Healthcare subsidiaries:

1. Solution Bioforce Sdn. Bhd.
2. One-Green Solution Sdn. Bhd.
3. Solution Biologics Sdn. Bhd. (newly incorporated)
